This privacy policy explains how the IP Cam Live Pro Android app (package: com.ipwebcam.pro) processes your personal data. The app is developed by Kalynda Teknoloji Havacılık ve Turizm Ltd. Şti. (“Kalynda”, “we”). Contact: info@kalyndagroup.com.
1. What the app does
IP Cam Live Pro turns your phone into a Wi-Fi IP camera. The camera feed is streamed over a local HTTP server on your device, so any browser, computer or phone on the same Wi-Fi network can watch the live MJPEG stream.
2. Data we collect & why
2.1 Device permissions
- Camera (CAMERA): Used only to produce the local Wi-Fi stream. The video frames are sent over your local network via HTTP and never uploaded to any remote server, cloud or third party.
- Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Used to add audio to the local stream. We do not record or store audio on disk and we do not send it to any remote server.
- Wi-Fi state (ACCESS_WIFI_STATE / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Used to read the local IP address and check connection status so the app can show you the URL to open in a browser.
- Foreground Service: Allows the app to keep streaming while the screen is off or another app is in the foreground.
2.2 Ad data (Free version only)
The free version shows banner and interstitial ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect the following data to serve personalised ads:
- Advertising ID
- Device type, OS version, language
- Approximate (IP-based, country-level) location
- In-app ad interactions
See Google's privacy policy for details: policies.google.com/privacy. You can remove all ads (and therefore the AdMob data collection) by upgrading to the Pro version.
2.3 Purchase data
The Pro upgrade is processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not see your payment data; Google Play returns an anonymous purchase token that the app uses to unlock Pro features.
3. Data we do NOT collect
- Name, surname, e-mail, phone or any personal identifiers.
- Camera/microphone recordings (we neither store them on the device nor upload them).
- GPS / precise location.
- Account details, passwords, user IDs.
- Contacts, photos or files on your device.
4. Data storage
The app stores user preferences (theme, language, FPS, resolution etc.) only on your device using AsyncStorage. These values are not sent to our servers. Pro status is also stored locally and can be restored via Google Play purchase history (the “Restore Purchase” button).
5. Stream security
The stream is served only on the local Wi-Fi network. The viewing device must be on the same Wi-Fi as the camera device. Because the stream is HTTP, anyone on an untrusted Wi-Fi network may be able to see the traffic; only enable streaming on Wi-Fi networks you trust.
6. Children's privacy
IP Cam Live Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
Under GDPR and Turkish KVKK Article 11 you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. Because we do not store user data on our servers, the practical scope of these rights is limited; nevertheless you can write to info@kalyndagroup.com with any request.
